Limited Use Disclosure

The Form Email Notifications app uses Google GMail api to fetch and display user's GMail aliases .The app stores this information in user's account and uses to send email for form submits.

The Form Email Notifications app's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
